Robert B Chapman 1916-2004
He was known to his friends as ROBY and BOB to his family.
Roby loved life and he loved to travel.Once you met him he was your friend for life.He would always send a card on your
birthday,christmas,and thank you cards if he came to dinner
He liked to have the ladies over for afternoon tea and a chat.
He loved to play cards,watch british sit coms on tv.
Roby was a war vet he served in the Canadian army,he worked in the post office until his retirement.
Roby and his friend Moe Borh had fishermans hats for winter and summer it was there trade matk.
He was involved with lpcal polatics, he worked on Cam Jacksons campain a number of times,also he worked on Bill Kempling
campanes.
Roby will be mised by all.
He spent his last days in tne Carpenter Hourlington,a place to die in dignity,a jome like setting,with a nursing staff
and people who give there time, tjey are not fundrd by OHIP or do they get any grants from the fedral gov.
